B. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

After receiving a valid infringement notice, NAHolidayMerch may:

1. Review the reported content and the information provided in the notice;
2. Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content where appropriate;
3. Notify the affected user or account holder when appropriate; and
4. Take additional action against repeat or serious infringers, including suspension or termination of access to our services.

We may also request additional information from the reporting party or the affected user when necessary to evaluate the claim.

C. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content removed or restricted by NAHolidayMerch was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.

A counter-notice should include:

1. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and information describing where it appeared before removal.
2. A good-faith statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was removed or restricted because of a mistake or misidentification.

D. Misrepresentations

Please provide accurate information when submitting an infringement notice or counter-notice. Under applicable law, knowingly submitting materially false claims regarding alleged infringement may result in legal consequences.
